It argues that the conventional biomedical model is flawed and insufficient in addressing the complex interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors influencing pain experience. The presentation advocates for a Lifestyle Medicine Systems Approach to pain management, which focuses on the role of lifestyle factors, such as diet, exercise, stress management, and sleep, in pain relief and how that can massively help in all kinds of chronic  pain especially nociplastic pain . It emphasizes the importance of addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) as they significantly contribute to chronic pain and calls for integrating lived experience into clinical practice.
