A devoted husband of 23 years and father of six, Gil is a former Division 1 athlete in baseball, football, and basketball. For 30 years, he struggled with addiction to alcohol, food, marijuana, and an overall addictive personality.
Now, he is committed to creating the best version of himself through principled living and daily non-negotiable habits, including the removal of all vices, a 3 AM wake-up routine, reading and reflection, micronutrient ingestion, and consistent workouts.
Gil now coaches others to do the same, guiding them toward lasting transformation and self-mastery.
