Overcoming Suicide Loss - How Amy Arends Journeyed from Tragedy To Healed Ancestral Trauma
Amy Arends is a dedicated Holistic Wellness professional with a diverse expertise, including certification as a Mental Wellness Life Coach, Energy Worker, and Healing Campout Facilitator.
Her passion for guiding others toward optimal well-being is deeply personal, stemming from the life-changing experience of losing her mother to suicide at 21.
She, like many, struggled to find healing after that event that changed her life forever.
Without much direction, she found ways through essential oils, energy healing, cleaner house cleaning supplies, gut health and more to heal and also honor her mother's life
But she knew she wasn't done with her healing of this deep loss (that also ran in the family)
Last year, she came to myself and Emmanuel to heal at a deeper level connected her to the ancestral trauma that suicide brought to her family. Many don't know how to heal this at the ancestral level, and we taught her how!
Her pain became her passion and she is now more and more on fire for her life, her career and serving others.
Amy is committed to mental wellness, helping clients create healthy bodies and homes. She believes mental health is as crucial as physical health and supports individuals seeking natural solutions for stress, anxiety, depression, and loss. Through energy healing, gut health focus, and hormone balance, Amy empowers clients to reconnect with their authentic selves and thrive.
