You cannot see your reflection in boiling water. Similarly, you cannot see the truth in a state of anger & negativity. When the waters calm, clarity comes.

In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]

When we have a deep revelation of the fact that Jesus has already won the victory for you over everything the devil may throw at us, you can have peace!
