Ep. 41 This week is a nice short episode for you talking all about the yoyo effect (normal eating-> weight gain-> diet-> metabolism slow down-> end of diet-> back to normal eating cycle.) We both struggled in 2020 we were sedentary, eating whatever we wanted, not working out, and feeling down. We both say we probably gained around 20 pounds last year. We go over what's recently been working for us combined with the knowledge Sab has learned from Noom.
- Have cheat days to motivate you throughout the week 
- Don't live a life full of restrictions 
- Move your body (even if its just walking or stretching)
- Eat majority home cooked meals (remove all the preservatives and added sugar) (eat lots of veggies)
- Look at ingredient lists
