Two California surfer bros discover they’re actually long-lost princes destined to liberate a tropical island, which is exactly as responsible as it sounds. Armed with surfboards, bad 90s slang, and a kid who can see the future through a Game Gear (because of course he can), they take on an evil dictator who somehow loses to teenagers who say “rad” unironically. It’s part martial-arts adventure, part beach-bum fantasy, and 100% proof that the early ’90s would greenlight literally anything if you added ninjas.
