What do you do when you have a promise in your ear but a problem in your hand?

In this message from The Blessing of Connecting, Pastor Aaron Pino teaches from Genesis 46-47 and the life of Jacob about the difficult space between receiving a promise from God and seeing that promise fulfilled.

Jacob had heard from God, but he was still facing famine, uncertainty, and an unfamiliar future. In that tension, his faith was tested.

The same thing happens in our lives. We know what God has spoken, but what we are holding does not always look like what He promised.

The answer is not to abandon the promise. It is to guard what comes out of your mouth while you are walking through the process.

Jacob had a moment where frustration turned into complaint, but he caught himself and returned to blessing. That becomes the lesson for us:

When you have a promise in your ear but a problem in your hand, put a praise in your mouth.

The process is not proof that God has forgotten you. It may be the very place where He is preparing you to carry what He promised.

Learn how to stay connected to the Word of God, speak faith in the middle of uncertainty, and praise your way through the space between promise and fulfillment.

What if God is already moving in your life, but the lens you are looking through is keeping you from recognizing it?

In Part 2 of The Blessing of Connecting, Pastor Aaron Pino teaches from Luke 24 and the disciples on the road to Emmaus. Jesus was walking beside them, yet pain, disappointment, and preconceived ideas kept them from recognizing Him.

This message identifies three lenses that can keep us from connecting with God and others: pain, preconceptions, and perspective.

Your pain may be real, but it does not have to become the lens through which you see your future. What happened before does not have to determine what you believe God can do next. And when your circumstances seem to contradict the promise, choose the Word over what you can see.

The way you change your lens is by rehearsing the faithfulness of God.

He has brought you through before. He has made a way before. He has been faithful before, and He will be faithful again.

Change your lens and begin to see beyond what you can see.

Who you connect with can affect your destiny.

What if the favor you’re praying for is waiting on the other side of your obedience?

In Week 6 of The Favor Factor, Pastor Aaron Pino shares “The Secret Ingredient,” a message about the connection between God’s favor and radical obedience.

Through the lives of Noah and Jesus, along with powerful examples of what can happen when someone simply says yes to God, we see that obedience does not always make sense, feel comfortable, or come with every answer upfront.

Favor is often present before it is ever recognized.

In Favor Factor Week 5, “Activate Favor Pt. 2,” Pastor Aaron Pino teaches the final two keys to activating the favor of God: detect and do.

Many believers do not lack access to God’s promises. They lack awareness of what Jesus has already made available. The Favor Factor WK 4: Activate Favor Pt. 1

God’s favor has already been made available to every believer through Jesus Christ, but how do we activate it and begin living in it?

In Part 1 of “Activate Favor,” Apostle Aaron Pino teaches two essential keys found throughout Scripture: decide and declare.

First, you must decide that you are favored by God. Settle it in your heart and mind that because you have been made righteous through the blood of Jesus, God’s favor belongs to you. Your circumstances, emotions, failures, and the opinions of others do not change what God has declared over your life.

Second, you must declare what God has declared. Your mouth must agree with the Word of God. Using Moses’ conversation with God in Exodus 33, Apostle Aaron explains how Moses brought God’s promise of favor back before Him and refused to move forward without His presence.

You cannot consistently receive what you have never decided belongs to you. Make up your mind, fill your mouth with God’s promises, and begin walking in the favor you already have through Christ.

Most people call it luck. It's favor.

In this message, Aaron Pino unpacks Genesis 18 — the moment God was passing Abraham by on His way to Sodom, and Abraham ran out and grabbed hold of Him: "If I have found favor in your sight, do not pass by your servant."

Twenty-four years of waiting. One encounter with favor. And the promise landed within twelve months.

"The Lord blesses the righteous and shields him with favor." — Psalm 5:12

Favor is a portion already made available to the believer. But if you do not know, you cannot flow. You can be the beneficiary of everything heaven has and still live like you have nothing — simply because you never recognized what was yours.

THREE KEYS TO TAPPING IN:
1. RECOGNIZE — Lift your eyes. Favor is passing by. Stop taking the small things for granted and calling them coincidence.
2. RESPECT — Every good and perfect gift comes down from the Father of lights. Put some respect on the One who gives it. Even the self-made man needed his mama.
3. RECEIVE — Favor isn't a one-time visit. God comes back. It's meant to be your standard, not your surprise.

One moment of God's favor is greater than a lifetime of your labor.
