Have you ever tried paddle-boarding? Let's think about this as a true challenge in balance, letting go of expectations and being able to "control it all!" Stand strong, amidst the waves, explore and gain momentum towards a fun destination. ...and even bigger challenge: why is it worth it?

Peaceful mornings. Do not allow the chaos of the morning to intrude on your peaceful waking hours. Seek strategic serenity. Unruffled. ...and even bigger challenge: wonder who else might benefit?

Today. Block time. How can you insist, unapologetically on time for yourself. Journalling might help. Walking or decluttering.
