To me, productivity is way deeper and more important than just how much crap I can check off my list. We need to start talking about the types of things that we’re going to get done.

I want you to know that you have the ability to take control of your actions and so making a plan is simply making a plan to take action.

I have buy-in from my team and I have never been as successful as I am now. I am going to share my take on the concept and I hope you will put some of the ideas into play and see the difference.

Keep in mind that empowering your team is very different from neglecting your team, though it may look like a fine line. So let's talk about the difference.
