When it comes to the way we feel about ourselves, as much as we can be our biggest cheerleader, it's a lot easier to be our biggest critic. We notice our flaws way more than anything else and it can be hard to be positive when we notice so much negativity about us. The fact that we wake up every morning and keep going in the face of whatever adversity gets thrown our way, I think, is reason enough to celebrate.
