Overnight closures begin on major North Bay highway - here's what to expect

The California Supreme Court today will hear oral arguments on a case that could have big implications for more than 1 million gig workers across the state. KCBS Radio's Mike DeWald reports the court will decide whether a controversial 2020 ballot measure is constitutional.
