How to stop overthinking?
Overthinking things in our minds is a coping mechanism for an earlier trauma that we haven’t healed, ego projects those traumas onto our current reality.
An over-thinker is constantly battling with childhood traumas, without having the awareness of how to break free from them.
As a consciousness we want to understand the root of ego’s projection. In today video I am talking about how ego projects abandonment as worrisome thoughts about the future.
And how not to overthink the future events.
