Kind of wanted to go into a more commentary style this week to change it up! Definitely think this is an important topic and i’d love to talk about it.

why does it feel personal every time someone tries to give me the smallest critique? for the longest time I've always been told to fix things about myself and it's just made me so oversensitized to every comment i get about my appearance.

identity has so many meanings. it could be found in the things you like, the clothes you wear, the people you're around, and so much more. i really enjoyed talking about this so feel free to let me know if there are any tiher points you'd have wanted me to mention. :)
