What is the greatest lesson that a man or a woman can learn?

that since day one, we already had everything we needed within ourselves. It's the world, our programming, our own belief system that has convinced us that we did not.

Also, just because we have everything within us - doesn't mean that we need to do everything. We need others....we need to feel supported and ask for help when we need it.
