In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Peter Mann on the show, and Peter is the CEO of Oransi.

Peter Mann founded Oransi in 2009 to build a brand focused on making air purifiers to improve indoor air quality, driven by his son who had asthma. In 2021, Oransi merged with Aviemore Technologies, a motor technology company to be fully vertically integrated by reshoring manufacturing. 

Peter is a late diagnosed autistic and advocate for autism awareness in the workplace.

Peter shares with us how he has been able (over the last two years) to reshore his entire manufacturing from China back to mainland US.  He explains the process and what another manufacturer would need to do to successfully be able to compete with price.

Peter also shares with us some great Seth Godin marketing knowledge around building your marketing into your product.  Most people do the opposite and it impacts their marketing efforts. 

Peter also touches on the power and importance of vertical integration for his company.
