The Kavanaugh spectacle has highlighted a familiar & sad ongoing tone & energy specifically centered in the Caucasian/White female community. Let's discuss the correlation between the 13th Amendment & the Emancipation Proclamation (which was a strategic move to help win the civil war while keeping the European nations Britain/France from all intervening). And what many seem to not know is that even to this day part 2 of the 13th Amendment still allows for slavery. The Emancipation Proclamation came first, then the 13th Amendment, 14th(equal rights under the law),& 15th giving the rights of citizenship to former enslaved persons.

What precedent are we as a collective committed to establish no matter what-just to have someone whose ideology on one or many topics that fit ours placed on a position of authority. What does this mean to those with similar allegations and/or convictions? And should some day this impacts those who are in compliance with this ideology ever expect 'justice'?
