Today's episode kicks off our body image/body love/body acceptance series. We can't wait to share our stories and bring y'all incredible guests who shine a light on just how powerful it can be to own who you are.
Jennifer Hoffman does just that with grace and ease.
Jen has seven years of experience working in the non-profit sector. Over the last three years, Jen has worked as a Resident Services Coordinator in affordable housing for non-profits based out of in The Bay Area as well as San Diego. Prior to relocating to California, she worked as a Prevention/Intervention Specialist for a community health non-profit in Pittsburgh, Pa for four years. Prior transitioning to the non-profit sector, Jen ran and owned LOCO Fitness, a small group and personal training business where she designed and implemented small group, corporate, and individualized fitness programming for seven years.
Though her career path has changed over the years, Jen has felt each job, mission trip, and coaching experience were the preparation she needed for the next opportunity to impact the lives of the people she has had the privilege of working alongside.
We can't wait for y'all to hear what she has to say.
