Action Items. 

  1.  Where are you drifting in life?  Are you eating or drinking too much, not paying attention to your health? Or are you spending too much time on TV, social media, or paying attention to bad news?  It’s time to course correct and go back to a healthy level.
  2. After you’re done drifting, it’s good to course correct.  This is when you look at where you want to go, and then decide based on where you currently are what you have to do to get back on track.  It’s not an overnight process. It takes time, and that’s ok.
  3. What is going on in your life that you don’t like right now?  Now, ask yourself what about it you can control, and what you can’t.  Please don’t immediately dismiss this and say nothing is in your control. If nothing else, there is mindset which is your choice.
