Welcome to the Owning Leadership Podcast, Today, Marshall continues the journey of growth and business success. During the last seven episodes, we started a journey up the mountain – a mountain that represents our journey in life and our dreams of success.
After a long break of not publishing my podcast, the options were to start over, quit, or begin a new. That was the bases for this thought piece. Welcome to the Owning Leadership Podcast, Today, Marshall continues the journey of growth and business success. During the last six episodes, we started a journey up the mountain – a mountain that represents our journey in life and our dreams of success.
We started the journey only to find we had to make a decision – to brave the wilds of the forest by going over the hill and losing sight of the way home or simply stopping at the first major challenge and setting up a basecamp. It is so easy to stop, sit next to the campfire and find safety in our comfort zone. Once we stop, we find that getting started again is a major challenge. The campfire draws us in and keeps us from our journey.
We talked about that during the last episode, but now we need to find a way to escape. To find a way to break the chains of the comfort zone and get back on the trail to our dreams. The first step is to set our intentions and that begins with the understanding of goals and goal setting.
Listen in to learn more about the first step out.
