Mr. Lee Chen is a Managing Director at Hopkins Holding, a
private equity firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area specializing
in real estate investments. He spearheads the firm's acquisition
and development efforts, overseeing deal sourcing, underwriting,
and execution across multiple asset classes, with a particular focus
on multi-family and student housing. Mr. Chen leads a dedicated
team that manages all facets of the process, including due
diligence, market research, and capital market coordination.
Prior to joining Hopkins Holding, Mr. Chen spent over a decade at
Erickson Living Management, where he held the title of Senior
Community Financial Analyst. During this time, he was responsible
for real estate transactions and financial analysis for senior housing
communities, managing an annual operating budget of over $107
million. He also implemented new payment systems that increased
operational efficiency.
