Owning Up To Your Mistakes: admitting when you're wrong, finding solutions and taking responsibility

Listen Later

Happy Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is a day to feel grateful. It is a day that is also based on a lie. In this episode I talk about the reality of thanksgiving and why it really is a day to remember the wrongs that have been made in order to truly bring more love and peace.

Journal Prompts:

1. Do you feel comfortable admitting to your mistakes?

2. Have you ever denied a mistake?

3. Has there been a time when you owned a mistake and what were the results?

4. How do you respond to other people when they have admitted to a mistake they have made?

5. Is there a wrong that you would like to rewrite today?
