We all have those things that make you squint your eyes and look at someone sideways; and no. Mr. Rogers would not appreciate being called feminine, and Amelia Earhart did not appreciate being called masculine.

Things, not a personality or character trait, that makes you look at someone side ways.

We all know not everything is going to be smooth sailing all the time, but there is no reason for all these work environments to be so toxic, while trying to barely pay you. Stuff’s bonkers; it’s not a constant horror show. It really isn’t. But, you’ll never know that until you’re actually in somewhere and see that it’s not. Majority of these places advertise the job in a very attractive way, then you get in there and are hit with “casting couch for a reality show” energy.

Letting someone go when you didn’t want to. Especially when they meant so much to you.
