The UFO phenomenon has come out of the fringe and into the mainstream. The revelations about AATIP, the release of US Navy videos, and reports sent to Congress have fundamentally changed the way the subject is perceived. But can the momentum be maintained, and how can it be built upon? Nick Pope will use his UK government background to give an insider’s perspective on what’s likely to be happening within government in the aftermath of recent developments, and to give some informed speculation about what might happen next.

One of the main questions with regard to the alien presence on the planet is, how did they get here?

At the top of the list of hypotheses is that they travel through some sort of black hole, wormhole, or portal.

During our investigations in filming and documenting multiple paranormal phenomena across the country’s numerous paranormal hotspots we repeatedly came across places that indicated the presence of vortexes or portals.

To test the portal hypotheses that alien creatures traveled through portals we begin a two-year project of trying to open a portal on our remote land in the Rocky Mountains. During the process we encountered entities that interacted with our gifting site, a surprise deer mutilation dropped on our gifting site and finally opening an actual portal that had extraordinary effects on magnetic and radiation detectors. And surprisingly we captured inexplicable creatures emerging from the portal on our trail cam.

The whole event told us a lot about how alien entities can interact with us humans and that we had a mission to let this be known to a larger public.

The whole process was successfully captured on film and the highlights are presented in our PowerPoint.

The Consciousness and Contract Research Institute, or CCRI, is in the process of establishing a 5 year comprehensive academic research study to understand the interrelationship between “Experiencers” of the Contact Modalities (individuals that have had contact with perceived higher forms of intelligence via Near Death Experiences, Out of Body Experiences, UFOs/UAPs, Ghosts/Spirits, Remote Viewing, Hallucinogenic Experiences, Channeling, and other PSI and Paranormal experiences) and leading theoretical hypotheses relating to the nature of our multidimensional reality which includes Nonlocal Consciousness. My presentation will introduce the hypothesis that all of these experiences are interrelated via Non-local Consciousness, a manipulation of space-time, a possible multidimensional or interdimensional reality. The lecture will present the spiritual implications, and that all of the Contact Modalities need to be studied as ONE Phenomenon instead of separate and distinct phenomena.

UFOs are real. But that is the beginning of the story, not the end. This presentation will address many of the complexities that emerge when examining UFOs/UAP’s. There are many issues that while appearing simple, are actually far more complex than anticipated. For example, what do you mean by a UFO? They vary from balls of light to hard craft miles across. Where do they come from? This may not even be a useful question. What is the U.S. Government’s role in researching UFOs? That is not as obvious as might be thought.

Dr. Alexander has been involved in researching many areas of phenomenology. These include everything from near-death experiences (NDEs), postmortem (afterlife) communication (ADC), psychokinesis, remote viewing (RV), primary perception, the Hutchison effect, and even cryptozoology. Having met with shamans from all over the world, he has observed a number of circumstances, that while seemingly impossible, are nonetheless manifested in physical reality. Attending ayahuasca ceremonies, he has concluded that psychopharmacology does not explain what he has observed. As such, he is a proponent for the controlled use of such drugs in the treatment of PTSD.

Based on his experience, he believes that all of these phenomena are interrelated at a most fundamental level; that of consciousness. This presentation will focus on those interrelationships as they intersect the basis of this conference, UFOs and all of their derivative variations. That includes addressing the extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH) and why he believes that is too simplistic. Also involved are the pervasive reports of interactions between humans and sentiment nonhumans that are reported to have occurred throughout the entirety of human history.

As the first NIDS researcher to arrive and Skinwalker Ranch, he became enmeshed in the complex phenomena being exhibited there. This presentation he will address both those anomalies and his conclusion that a Precognitive Sentient Phenomena (PSP) with actually orchestrating those events.

The bottom line is these phenomena are far more complex than we ever imagined. Rather than finding simplistic answers, we are not yet at the point of knowing the right questions to ask.
