Arkansas Counts is an initiative of Arkansas Impact Philanthropy, Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families, the Arkansas Public Policy Panel and Arkansas United. The four groups applied for a grant from the Census Equity Fund and have now launched a Complete Count Committee.
