Small businesses in Arkansas can now receive assistance with breaking into international markets. The U.S. Small Business Administration and Arkansas World Trade Center on Wednesday signed a strategic alliance memorandum with the goal of providing financial assistance to small businesses looking for international opportunities.

The Wild and Scenic Film Festival is an environmental and adventure film festival. The South Yuba River Citizens League started the festival in 2003 and has since expanded it to include a tour, which takes the festival’s films to communities around the country. The festival will be hosted by Pack Rat Outdoor Center Oct. 24 at the Fayetteville Town Center.

Voter registration in advance of this year's midterm election has closed, and some areas have seen an increase in registrations compared to 2014.
