Nick Vaughan and Jake Margolin , Houston-based interdisciplinary visual artists, are creating fifty installations connecting LGBTQ histories in all fifty states pre-Stonewall to current day. The couple is currently investigating a mysterious turn-of-the-20th century bi-racial gay couple who lived in Harrison as the subject of their Arkansas exhibit.

An Honors College Signature Seminar in the spring on the University of Arkansas campus will examine how we age and how we think about aging. Michelle Gray, an associate professor of exercise science at the University of Arkansas, will lead the seminar. She'll deliver a preview lecture at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday in Gearhart Hall Auditorium.

Since President Trump’s inauguration, Harrie Farrow of Eureka Springs has made several trips to Washington, D.C. to participate in acts of civil disobedience, many of which have gotten her arrested. This week, she went to Capitol Hill to protest the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing for Brett Kavanaugh, who the president nominated to the Supreme Court. Like dozens of other protesters, Farrow was escorted out and arrested for disrupting the hearing. Several photographers captured the moment

After performing in other projects like Farmer and the Markets and Surf de Soleil, Cody has spent recent years working on his solo project, Moonsong .
