Today on the 5: A number of sites are reporting a rumor that Frances McDormand passed on playing the Joker's mother in the planned solo film. Some are reacting negatively to even the possibility of this plot point, but I've read a book where a story where this type of tale worked very well. 

Today on the 5: Last week I picked up a game called Wreckfest, which is one of a new crop of games that allows for a more combative approach to racing. So far, I'm really enjoying it!
