Today on the 5: Over there weekend I watched Reminiscence, the new film from Lisa Joy starring Hugh Jackman. A lot of reviews I read about the movie were mixed, but I thought it was very well done.

Today on the 5: Apparently someone over at Panasonic's marketing department pasted a white person's head onto a black person's body and didn't think anyone would notice. Surprise, someone noticed!

Today on the 5: I picked up the Vinegar Syndrome release of Champagne & Bullets, an infamous low budget vanity project. There are 3 cuts of the film on the disc, and I made them mistake of watching the worst one.

Today on the 5: Over the weekend I watched The Green Knight, the Arthurian film from A24. This one has a pretty divisive reception, and while I can see why I have to admit I loved it.

Today on the 5: Speaking of long term reviews, I realized the other day I've had the OnePlus 7 Pro for over 2 years now. Not only does it work as well as it did on day 1, it's still the best phone I've ever used period. 

Today on the 5: While watching the latest review video from Michael Fisher, I was again reminded that one thing don't get enough of is long term reviews. Michael does them, but too many others opt for the short term coverage.

Today on the 5: The recently released game Boyfriend Dungeon got some attention in the last week or so over some vague wording in the opening content warning. One aspect of the criticism is entirely valid, but another aspect of it is dangerously shortsighted.
