Today on the 5: Netflix has released the hotly anticipated prequel series to The Dark Crystal. I was optimistic that The Dark Crystal: Age Of Resistance would be good given the creative DNA involved, and I was happily blown away by how excellent it is.

Today on the 5: There's word that a "supercut" of both It films is coming. While I don't know how good a 5 hour version will be in itself, at least it means good source material for fan edits.

Today on the 5: Friend of the show Jason McNamara has launched a new Kickstarter for the second volume of his pulp horror vampire comic, Sucker. I loved Volume 1, and I wanted to take a minute to highlight his next installment. 

Today on the 5: Marvel is making a She-Hulk streaming series, and of course there are idiots upset about it as they perceive it as a politically correct gender swap of the Hulk. The issue with that is that this character that has been around for 30 years.

Today on the 5: This is a very late to the party review of a truly unique  album called Macintosh Plus by Floral Shoppe. I'm not sure if any of the songs themselves could work in isolation, but as a whole this album carves out a very strange headspace.

Today on the 5: The final trailer for the newest take on the Joker came out last week. I avoided it for a while, but then I figured why not just watch it. I'm left with...questions.
