Lord, we ask for Your grace to help us manage any anxiety that may arise on this journey. Help us to start each day with prayer, laying our hopes and concerns at Your feet, and seeking Your strength and guidance. Remind us of Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7, that we need not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, we can present our requests to You with thanksgiving.

Grant us the mind to be intentional every day, whether we're eating, exercising, or simply breathing. Help us to find a supportive community that understands and uplifts us, and guide us to nourish both our bodies and our souls with activities and foods that bring joy and peace.

Father, we pray for the courage to take each step forward, knowing that every effort we make is a step towards a healthier and more peaceful version of ourselves. When we feel overwhelmed or unsure, remind us to take a deep breath, reach out for support, and trust that with Your help and the right strategies, we can overcome any obstacle.
