I've caught myself saying to family and friends alot recently that I feel like I'm running a full time business on part time hours.  I decided to think about what I actually mean by this and break down my time management strategies, including the good and bad points of each approach.

As a parent, this may also be useful for mums, dads and anyone else with caring responsibilities.

I’m finalising everything so I can start selling sample packs.  In setting up my online store through Shopify (once again something I’ve never done before), I’m reflecting on what I need to think about to ensure the buying process for a customer is as smooth as possible.  And in between all of that a bit of self doubt as my idea for this type of sample pack will be out there and widely promoted!  I’ve narrowed down my thoughts into four areas which I talk about.

From a recent remote bass session I completed, I received some feedback on my bass playing style that made me think about how I want to improve. This particular piece of feedback was difficult to hear but I appreciated the producer's honesty!

I've just made my first sample pack which I'm offering to people as a free download, in exchange for their email address to build up a mailing list.  I'm learning alot about promoting a new product, especially about communication by randomly popping up in people's DM's!  I've never sold a product before so I really am learning as I'm going.  Hope you enjoy listening to my learning experience.
