Chris Lempesis is back to break down the Green Bay Packers’ 27-18 Thursday night win over the Washington Commanders, moving the Pack to 2-0 on the season.

Once again, the defense stole the show. Chris details how Micah Parsons, Rashan Gary, Edgerrin Cooper, Keyshawn Nixon, and company swarmed Jayden Daniels all night, holding Washington’s explosive offense in check and reminding fans of the great Packers defenses of the past. He highlights the relentless pass rush, Nixon’s five pass breakups, and why this unit already feels like the deepest and fastest Green Bay defense in decades.

On offense, it was a bit more uneven — but still full of positives. Jordan Love threw for 292 yards and two touchdowns, Tucker Kraft turned in a monster night (124 yards and a score), and Josh Jacobs kept his touchdown streak alive.
