After 30 years with the NC State baseball program, Elliott Avent has officially announced his retirement following the conclusion of the 2026 season. NC State Athletics released a statement on Avent's retirement after 30 years with the program, becoming the first to reach more than 1,100 wins with the Wolfpack once he rides off into the sunset.
