We chat about how to navigate food on vacation and when traveling with others, how to address potential triggers at home AND how it's up to each of us individually to take ownership of our food stories (yes get help if you need, it's up to you but you don't have to do it alone)
Mel and AshVal have very different food stories, backgrounds and goals, so join us as we discuss this differences and how we've learned to work with each other and how you can do the same.
