Dan Millman wrote a book called “The Life You Were Born To Live, A guide to finding your life purpose” and in it he uses numerology (based on your birthday and year) to help give you insights into who you are. In the book he also talks about a 9 year cycle, and this particular cycle starts on your birthday, so not calendar new year, bday new year.
In this episode Mel n AshVal reflect on their current year and what's coming down the pipe as both their birthdays are coming up aaaaand this time of year is great for reflecting.
Here’s the themes for each year so you can check out where you’re at and where you’re going. To determine what year you’re in take your birthday month, day and current year and add up each number. Here’s an example, AshVal is Jan 30, so 1+3+0+2+0+2+1= 9, so she's' in year 9 this year, for her upcoming birthday the math would be 1+3+0+2+0+2+2= 10 (1+0=1) and she’s going into year 1
