The Green Bay Packers lost their first game of the year on Thursday Night Football to the visiting Philadelphia Eagles. Poor special teams play, play calling, defense, and missed opportunities caused the Eagles to come out swinging.

Carson Wentz and Jordan Howard had great games against a Packers defense who struggled with short fields and a lack of pass rush. For the 3rd week in a row, the Packers defense has struggled against the run.

The Eagles play the Jets next, while the Packers visit the Cowboys in week 5.

The Green Bay Packers remain perfect after defeating the Denver Broncos 27-16. Though not a perfect game, the Packers defense continued to impress (just not in run defense), racking up 6 sacks and increasing their turnovers to 8 this season (highest in the league).

The offense under Aaron Rodgers stalled at times and looked great at others. With the Eagles coming into Lambeau this Thursday night, the Packers look to continue their hot streak.

The Green Bay Packers have traded former 2016 5th round draft pick Trevor Davis (WR/KR) to the Oakland Raiders in exchange for a 2020 6th round pick. This comes fresh off the Packers picking up Tremon Smith, a returner from the Chiefs.

Davis will have every opportunity to excel in Oakland, as their current returner is out with an injury.
