Virginia Lacrosse Coach Lars Tiffany returns to the show fresh off winning their 7th national championship in Men’s lacrosse. We also visit with NC State Baseball Coach Elliott Avent visits with the guys after being named the #2 seed in the Ruston Region for the NCAA College Baseball Championship. And ACCN Baseball Analyst Danny Graves tries to help us understand how only 8 ACC teams were selected to participate in the NCAA baseball Championship. Plus we look back at one of the best moments from shows 1-100.

Virginia gets past Maryland 17-16 in a NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championship Game classic.. It’s UVA’s 7th National Championship in men’s lacrosse. We also breakdown Turk Pettit winning the 2021 NCAA Men’s Golf Individual Championship. Plus 8 ACC teams were selected to participate in the NCAA Baseball Championship but the guys.
