Lots of injuries to veteran players on our roster gave a lot of young guys opportunities to play, and those young players did not disappoint. We had several notable players have very bright moments in the Sundays win over the Rams. This type of success from the youth on this team, reminds us of the fact that Brian Gutekunst truly didn't do enough to tear down this team at the trade deadline, not only so we could get more draft capital and more salary cap space, but probably even more important is it allows these young players to actually play and develop. We finish out the podcast previewing our matchup against the Steelers which should be a tough game knowing the Steelers are coming off a 10 day break + Jaire Alexander won't play for the Packers, and this Steelers pass rush might be too much for our beat up offensive line.
