While Preston Smith's time was done in GB, it truly reveals a systemic issue that Brian Gutekunst has failed to address adding quality defensive lineman specifically at edge rusher for years. And this issue at arguably the most important position on your defense, may be a part of the reason the Packers ultimately can't truly compete to win a Super Bowl this season.
