Malachi 2 | Pastor Greg Opean

God’s Heart for Justice and Marriage

Malachi 2 delivers a powerful call to God’s people—and especially to spiritual leaders—to honor His name through lives of integrity, justice, and faithful relationships. This chapter confronts the dangers of religious hypocrisy, misrepresenting God, and breaking covenant in marriage.

1 Peter 1:8-12 | Searched by Prophets, Celebrated by Angels

On this Palm Sunday, Pastor Rick takes us deep into the grace of our salvation—a gift searched for by the prophets, celebrated by angels, and now experienced by us through Jesus Christ.

From 1 Peter 1:8–12, we explore how the Old Testament prophets, especially Isaiah, longed to understand the coming of the Messiah. We reflect on Isaiah 53, where Christ’s suffering and victory were foretold with stunning clarity. Though Isaiah could only glimpse, we now see the cross and the empty tomb in full color.

Whether you’re walking through hardship or just need a reminder of the hope we have in Christ, this message reminds us: salvation is a free gift of grace—impossible to earn, but ours to enjoy.

Pastor Ed Rea

Romans 4:1-25 | By Faith

What makes us right with God? Is it rule-keeping? Rituals? Good behavior? In Romans 4, Paul gives a clear answer: we are justified by faith. Pastor Ed unpacks the lives of Abraham and David—flawed, broken men who were counted righteous not by works, but because they believed God.

This message explores what it means to be forgiven, to have righteousness imputed by grace, and why salvation can never be earned. Whether you’ve failed big or just feel stuck, this is a message of hope and freedom: God loves you. Forgiveness is free. And it’s yours for the asking.

Pastor Greg Opean

Malachi 1 | “I Have Loved You”

In this opening chapter of Malachi, the final prophetic book of the Old Testament, God reminds His people—who have grown cold and complacent—of a powerful truth: “I have loved you.” As Pastor Greg unpacks the historical and spiritual context of Malachi 1, he also tackles one of the most misunderstood verses in Scripture: “Jacob I have loved, Esau I have hated.”

This in-depth teaching brings clarity to God’s choosing of Israel—not as favoritism, but as a means to bring salvation to all people. With Scripture from Romans 9, John 3:16, and more, this message reminds us of God’s relentless, global love and our role as His chosen to make Him known.

Whether you’ve wrestled with the idea of God’s election, or just need to be reminded that God hasn’t given up on you, this message is a powerful anchor of grace and truth.
