Diana has worked in a variety of traditions, including kabbalistic ceremonial magic, women's spirituality, Wicca, Umbanda, and Asatru. She has also served as First Officer of the Covenant of the Goddess, in which she am an Elder.
Currently Diana is a member of Darkmoon Circle and leader of Hrafnar, a co-ed Norse kindred, and the Seidh Training circle.
Diana is probably best known to the wider New Age and Pagan communities as the author of 30 novels and numerous short stories with pagan themes, including The White Raven, the Arthurian tetralogy Hallowed Isle, and the Avalon novels that followed Mists of Avalon.
She has written a regular column on goddesses for Sagewoman magazine ever since its founding. Her non-fiction books include: Taking up the Runes, Trance-portation, The Way of the Oracle, Possession Depossession and Divine Relationships, and Odin.
One of her main magical interests at present is political magic, working with the Founding Fathers and other leaders as Ancestors and the goddesses of this land.
