Hi freinds! 

Long time, no talk! This episode was inspired by something I heard a few weeks ago and when I thought about my next episode, I realized it had to be about it. We need to stop using the word "just". We are more than just... fill in the blank. You are who you are and you are worthy and valid. 

So next time, tell yourself this: I AM a ____ and see how much it affects your confidence rather than saying, "I am JUST a ____.
