In this lesson of Sūrah Yūnus, verses 79–87, Shaykh Dr. Aḥsan Ḥanīf explores the confrontation between Prophet Mūsā (Moses) عليه السلام and Pharaoh’s magicians. These verses show how the truth of Mūsā’s message overpowered the illusions of falsehood, as Allāh does not allow the work of the corrupt to succeed. Although only a few believed due to fear of Pharaoh’s tyranny, Mūsā called his people to trust in Allāh and remain steadfast. Allāh responded to their faith by guiding them to strengthen their worship and community through dedicated homes and prayer, offering glad tidings to those who believe.
