With all the cracks in our economy and society, any more blows to our economy will make our ship sink easily. We have an opportunity not only to mend the cracks but to steer our ship aright.

This episode begins a series on the Parable of the Ten Virgins. We discuss the cost of their decision to go forth to meet Jesus; the bridegroom.

It challenges us to evaluate our own devotion, for if the foolish virgins among the Ten paid such high a price, how far below their folly are we if we haven't sacrificed as much?

We were only able to touch on the first verse out of thirteen verses in that passage.
