BU Productions is a non profit in Santa Cruz, Ca that was established by Joaquin's father Daniel "Nane" Alejandrez. It's been built from the ground up and branched out into so many different outreach programs including BU Productions which is a screen printing company that provides an outlet to the youth of Santa Cruz county. The perfect person and story to lead us all into the Thanksgiving week!

Santa Cruz, Ca surf legend and creator of Santa Cruz Waves, Tyler Fox sits down with Nativo to talk about his life. Growing up in Santa Cruz and getting in the pacific at an early age, molded a young Fox into the environmentally conscious , ocean saving, surfer that Tyler is today. Running a restaurant is no easy task. Damani's food story began at an early age and he has worked his way up the restaurant ladder. His father taught him valuable lessons in the kitchen when he was young and Damani has learned how to apply them to how he runs Oswald.

Kief is 17 years old and already traveling the nation, meeting up with other members of the SE bike team for "ride outs." Tom is an ultra supportive father who has been packing up his family for years to travel and make memories. 

Kirsten Pohlman is a special kind of teacher. One that can take on the more challenging situations, but still be understanding and empathetic to a kids needs. Being a teacher at Juvenile Hall requires a little more than just wanting to teach. Kirsten wears many hats to accommodate all of her students and genuinely cares about each and every one of them.

Angelica has an amazing story that leads her to organizing Strong One non profit out of Watsonville, Ca. 

Nativo has a great, stimulating conversation with Anthony about the future of Capitola, Ca and his vision for it. Anthony gives some insight about plans for the Capitola mall and Capitola village and what kind of revenue streams would likely help the city move forward.
