Tansy Rayner Roberts and I go from the rootin' tootin' (not much rootin') western action of Calamity Jane (1953) with Doris Day, Howard Keel and Dick Wesson to the darker musical, Bob Fosse's Cabaret starring Liza Minnelli, Michael York and Joel Gray. It's a long one this time but we had a lot of fun with it.
