He says the training sessions was a way they could escape the pressure of daily pressure life in Palestine. He talks about the division between Israelis and Palestinians and how hard it is for Palestinians living there.

Since returning home he talks about the hate he’s received online from pro Israel supporters.

Tyrone also is preparing for a big fight against Dylan Moran in Windsor Park. Tyrone beat him last year but this time Tommy is training him alone with Mark Ginley.

Tyrone reflects on the previous fight and he plans to knock him out again. Tommy says since retiring he’s been trying to stay away from boxing but he keeps getting dragged back. He talks about how his 6 year old daughter has started boxing also and how he feels about it.

The lads then go on to talk about out the food reviews that they have started and how it has caused tension between the pair because of Tommys camera skills.
