In this guest episode, Diana sits down with former classmate Courtney Federico to discuss her day-to-day, reflect on her experience at COP28, and why the COP process is crucial for moving the needle on climate change.

Over the course of a decade, she has built a career as a political and advocacy professional through her work on presidential campaigns, at party committees and PACs, and in issue advocacy.
