This meeting is the first in Second Corinthians and records the decision to go on to it. The meeting covers the book generally with a few comments and goes into some detail on God as a God of all comfort and how we are to comfort others as well.

The meeting goes through 1 Corinthians 16:5 to around verse 14 or 17 possibly with much of the discussion focused on Paul and Apollos.

The meeting covers the last few verses of chapter 15 - the practical effects of the knowledge of resurrection and then goes into the matter of the collection in chapter 16.

Alfred Nash - He spoke on Amnon, Absalom, and Adonijah with the thought of taking up young vs. old.

Ted Porter - Reading from Revelation 2 he talked about love in the assembly vs correctness.

The meeting covers the details of the rapture and the love of the Lord Jesus in his desire to have us around himself as well as other points.

Fred Campbell - He goes through many of the verses about salt and how that Christians are the salt of the earth. He talks a bit about what salt may mean in scripture and how we are to be that flavor-filled part of the world to God.

Alex Nash - He goes through some scriptures regarding order in the local assembly especially with respect to elders.

William Mazerolle - He goes through several verses ending up in 1 Thessalonians regarding our need to be like Christ.

This meeting covers verses 45-50 and talks quite a bit about the new man vs old man and the first Adam vs the last Adam.

Fred Campbell - Read from Proverbs 3:5-7. Commented on looking past our problems to see the Lord behind everything.

Ted Porter - Expanded on Proverbs 3:5 - "In all thy ways acknowledge Him"

Jonathan Sacks - The work of God in a soul both in the sense of man's responsibility and in the sense of God's sovereign work in our lives.

This meeting basically goes verse by verse and covers down to about verse 35, the split in the chapter. Briefly the two comings of Christ is taken up, spiritual bodies vs natural bodies, the baptism for the dead, and etc.
