Following and Interviewing a new local band by the name "Skinny B," we ask them questions about their goals and what music they have in the works. We also take a look at their origins and the process for creating music. New Paltz has already has a vibrant music scene, and "Skinny B" is looking to add their own spin on it.

HobCast is a show focusing on the impacts of hobbies on the everyday person. Hobbies are a great way to help people get rid of stress and relieve everyday anxiety, no matter how severe. In this episode, we will discuss how hobbies make significant positive changes to people's mental health. The hosts, Andrew, Mike, and Nick, share their own unique hobbies including Taekwondo and fitness, music and drumming, and collecting. Then, we hear from other individuals who also share their experiences with hobbies, from starting a YouTube channel to voice acting.

Welcome to The Wrong Kind of Nostalgia, this episode dives into the problematic issues surrounding the popular John Hughes 80s film Sixteen Candles. We explore these issues through the characters and their storylines from the film. In an effort to remind people that this film is more than just a nostalgic teen film from the past. The film covers their problematic moments such as sexual assault with "comedy" and even insensitive portrayals of their POC characters.

With these factors in mind, it's only natural that students gravitate towards this campus. However, not everyone gets the chance to explain their side of the story, which may be more personal. This episode of “Origin Stories: Why SUNY New Paltz?” follows the stories of seven current students and what made them decide to attend New Paltz. The hosts of this episode, Kiera, Samantha, and Michael also voice their thoughts on New Paltz and what influenced their decision. From delicious food, to amazing professors, to great programs for specific majors, it is interesting to hear these students’ insights and feelings on why they chose New Paltz.
